Fosun Property Holdings is the U.S. subsidiary of Fosun International, a Shanghai-based global investment firm focusing on real estate acquisition and development in New York City and in the United States. Shea Communications has managed media and community relations for the rebranding and leasing program for the historic 28 Liberty tower in Lower Manhattan, and for the Landmarks Preservation Commission approval process for the adaptive reuse of the building’s plaza for retail. The firm has also promoted arts and community events.
